Into Southern Part of Cotabato: Ta-al Falls

It was a granted wish and a well-spent rest day.

I was lucky enough to be accompanied by my seniors (haha at last) in mountaineering group during SAMEC’s 29th Inland Congress. Thanks to them, I was able to satisfy my cravings for new places and meet new people all at the same time. Though I had been into Southern part of Cotabato, but  it was never in Tampakan to which the congress would be held.

First Minor Climb

This could be the second official event I had joined since I became one of their aspirants. I was so damn serious about mountaineering, couldn’t be more anxious to become one of them (MAYBE after a year) and gained some advantages (perhaps the feeling of being “healthy and fit”) along the way. Hahaha

Falls Hunting: E.P.O.L Falls

So I became obsessively addicted to nature. It’s a confession I must really say. 😀 I really wanna go beyond what lies inside the city of Davao. I’ve had enjoyed much of it, as per the evidences of my previous posts that were under travel categories. Today, my entry will be about the Epol Falls, my recent travel destination after graduation and before hitting home. There’s a story behind it.

Falls Hunting: Sandawa Falls

As my continuation with my post about Spelunking, this post will entail the things we had on our second day of adventure.

Everybody had a good night sleep (all thanks to few liquor and chilly environment) and woke up almost late in the morning. For me, the whole night was well enough except that I was “visited” that time. So I had to wake up earlier and do some necessary measures before the phrase “total uncomfortable” sink in my mind.

It was already 6 am but the whole place was still covered by fogs. Maybe it was due to some rains we experienced last night that, unfortunately, forbid us to witness the so-called “Lunar Eclipse”. It was fine though, we started talking and everyone became alive one by one.
