Kasalanan talaga to ng BIR. Char!
Listen to my new release na podcast on Anchor. Listen here:
It’s so funny because the recording came out so randomly. This is what I love about Anchor. You can record yourself spontaneously without the need to groom, fix the lighting and not be distracted by time limit or several takes na very common in other platforms. It also helps that when I think of something, I have the urge to have internal monologue until I feel tired. Now, the then internal monolgue eh naging isang episode na sa podcast. 😀
I came to my room with the intention to watch the match between South Korea and Portugal sa FIFA World Cup. I also open another browser so I can request marriage certificates from relatives as part of requirement for Real Estate Tax. While fillin in the form, I realized nakailang request na pala ako from PSA- birth certificate, death certificate at marriage certificate naman ngayon. Good thing, my relatives had legal records of their personal affairs. Oh hindi pala lahat because one of them tore the marriage cert apart nung naghiwalay sila, prompting me and my father to visit the church early this afternoon to inquire their date of marriage. So napaisip ako, what if wala silang ganoon? Pwede nalang bang sabihin na we didn’t have marriage certificate because our marriage didn’t work (insert various scenarios). Or you have your father’s surname despite us not being married kasi siya naman biological father mo.
At the end, it’s not only the properties (well, upcoming episode to so stay tune. 😀 ) or any pamana that will matter- it’s the legal documents. Iyan ang totoong generational wealth. 😀 😀 😀
